Rachel is the ‘Queen Bee’ when it comes to the financial matters of the three companies that make up this demanding hive. Sweet as honey with a sting in her tail, Rachel’s dedication to both the staff and the business ensures the control of systems, training and procedures within the group remain focused, efficient and effective.

Although she had never previously tried her hand in the optical industry, Charmaine has proven her worth by demonstrating her uncanny ability to whip the office “boys” into shape – with surprisingly little effort. Her consistently helpful and friendly attitude, paired with her fantastic telephone manner, ensures smooth sailing of all operations.

With her carefully assembled “corporate” attire, Candice is sure to inspire all within close proximity. Our valued stock controller has proven to be an asset to clientele and staff alike. Her attention to detail and uplifting utterances, teamed with her pulling techniques and expert handling of delicate situations, have become essential elements of Sector 2 - the Engine Room of Soviet Eyewear.

No nonsense Sophia enjoys her daily contact with Eyeworx customers and has admitted that with years of experience in the customer service sector, not much surprises her anymore. Her trade mark laugh has earned her the nickname of ‘Miss Piggy’ and our credit controller is so enthusiastic about the Soviet eye wear range that she’s steadily ensuring all her friends, her friends’ friends, and their friends too, are becoming Soviet converts!

Miriam, our very own Miss Money-penny can tap water from a rock. Our head honcho in the money collecting arena mixes being firm, super efficient and effective with a good and kind nature – a recipe which has certainly proven successful for our cash flow.

John, although in firm hands has earned the office title of most pleasing to the eye. With a background in fashion and a passion for sport, he can talk the talk on all the Eyeworx ranges and his spontaneous, energetic and dynamic nature ensures he always gets his foot in the door!
